Sarah’s distinctive strength lies in her comprehensive approach to nonprofit financial management. Her expertise in federal grant management, coupled with her strong leadership abilities and collaborative spirit, makes her an invaluable asset to both the AIOA team and their clients. She excels in implementing financial controls, improving processes, and mentoring junior accountants to achieve their objectives.

When she’s not managing budgets or optimizing grant processes, Sarah dedicates her time to community service, serving as Treasurer for a nonprofit youth hockey association. She cherishes outdoor adventures at her cabin up north, where hiking, boating, fishing, and bonfires provide the perfect balance to her detail-oriented work life. As a devoted parent, she finds joy in watching her children’s hockey games and gymnastics performances.
