Jennifer LaPlante

Executive Vice President, Operations

A people person with a passion for problem-solving and relationship-building

Jennifer LaPlante has always loved numbers. Math was her favorite subject in school for as long as she can remember. A career in accounting was a natural way to incorporate her passion for numbers and the fulfillment she gets out of solving problems.

As the Executive Vice President of Operations at All in One Accounting, Jennifer is a driven and detail-oriented strategist who isn’t afraid to get her hands dirty. She effortlessly switches gears between digging into clients’ financial data and stepping back to look at big-picture solutions to clients’ accounting challenges.

Jennifer enjoys building relationships with both clients and colleagues at All in One Accounting. She believes in building trust by talking about things that happen in our personal lives, finding common interests, and bringing our whole selves to work.

Outside of the office, you can find Jennifer spending time with her family and watching her kids compete in gymnastics. She also enjoys a trip to the lake for fishing, swimming, and relaxing on the porch.
