Heide Olson was born to be an entrepreneur. She’s also always been good with numbers. This combination made accounting a natural fit. Twenty years ago, Heide started All in One Accounting as a one-woman business dedicated to meeting the accounting needs of small businesses in the Minneapolis area. Over the past two decades, she’s grown a thriving, agile team of nearly 100 accounting professionals who serve entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders across the country. As the organization’s Chief Executive Officer, Heide brings passion, vision, enthusiasm, and innovation to All in One Accounting and its clients every day.
Outside of the office, Heide enjoys spending time with her family and tackling challenging workouts—she’s a diehard fan of F45. Heide also takes part in mission projects around the world, working alongside her father on a passion they both share.
