Teresa joins All In One Accounting with more than eight years of accounting experience spanning both nonprofit and corporate environments. Throughout her career, she has managed full-cycle accounting responsibilities, including financial reporting, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, grant tracking, audit preparation, payroll, and process improvement initiatives.
A significant portion of Teresa’s background has been dedicated to supporting nonprofit organizations. She has worked closely with nonprofit leadership teams to strengthen financial processes, improve reporting, ensure grant compliance, and provide meaningful financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Teresa is known for her strong technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to creating accurate and reliable financial information for the organizations she serves.
Teresa is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations become more financially confident so they can maximize their community impact. She is growth-oriented, enjoys continuous learning, and is motivated by opportunities to expand her expertise and develop as a finance leader.
Outside of work, Teresa enjoys spending time with family and friends and values opportunities to learn, grow, and explore new experiences. Her enthusiasm for professional development and helping others makes her a great addition to the All In One Accounting team.
