Jessie Koepplin is a Certified Public Accountant and accounting leader with more than 20 years of experience helping privately held businesses navigate growth, financial complexity, and strategic decision-making. Throughout her career, she has advised business owners and leadership teams across a variety of industries, including technology, software, manufacturing, distribution, and emerging growth companies.
Before joining All In One Accounting, Jessie spent 20 years with CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA), where she served in progressively advancing roles spanning audit, tax, advisory, and people leadership. She led complex client engagements, advised organizations on financial reporting and accounting matters, and built trusted relationships with executives and business owners. She also led a firmwide recruiting function, helping shape talent strategy and workforce planning across the organization.
As Managing Director, Professional Services, Jessie is passionate about developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional client experiences, and helping organizations achieve sustainable growth. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and commitment to building strong relationships.
Jessie holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from North Dakota State University and is a licensed CPA in Minnesota and North Dakota. She is also a member of the AICPA and MNCPA and serves on the College of Business Accounting, Finance, and Management Information Systems Advisory Board at North Dakota State University.
