With an MBA and a track record of managing a dozen clients at once, Marilla thrives in the dynamic world of multi-client accounting where every day brings new challenges to solve.
Marilla’s distinctive gift is her ability to see what’s coming before it arrives. While working through month-end close, she’s already thinking about what the client will need next quarter. She’s the person who creates the checklist no one knew they needed, designs the process that makes everyone’s life easier, and trains teams on new systems with patience and clarity. Her calm presence in high-stress situations, combined with her commitment to accuracy and follow-through, makes her an invaluable partner to both the AIOA team and their clients.
When she’s not untangling revenue reconciliations or building process documentation, Marilla enjoys tackling those deep-dive, all-day accounting projects that require complete focus. Marilla excels at meeting clients where they are—whether they need hands-on training or simply accurate, timely financials. You can find her walking her dogs or coaching high school flag football in her free time.
