Madeleine Piper’s path to accounting was anything but accidental. After discovering a gap in the nonprofit world — where mission-driven passion too often outpaces financial expertise — she deliberately double-majored in Business Administration and Social Work, determined to be the bridge between the two. At Children With Hope, she managed dual-entity accounting across U.S. and Kenya operations, trained bookkeeping staff internationally, and handled everything from multi-currency reconciliations to grant accounting and Form 990 filings. That experience cemented her belief that strong financial stewardship is one of the most powerful things you can do for a mission.
Now at All In One Accounting, Madeleine brings QBO ProAdvisor certifications, multi-client experience, and a foresight-first approach to every engagement. She doesn’t just close the books — she reads the patterns, anticipates what’s coming, and makes sure her clients are ready for it. Her background working directly with non-financial stakeholders means she’s equally comfortable in a spreadsheet and in a conversation with a board member who just wants to understand what the numbers mean.
When she’s not digging into a client’s chart of accounts, Madeleine can be found performing with the principal cast of a comedy club in downtown Salt Lake City — proof that connecting with any audience, financial or otherwise, is just another skill she’s spent years sharpening.
