With an impressive background spanning 14 years in public accounting, including 9 years specialized in nonprofit organizations, Kirstin approaches each financial challenge with precision and purpose. 

Kirstin’s distinctive strength lies in her exceptional problem-solving mindset and critical thinking skills. She excels at analyzing complex financial data and developing practical, actionable solutions that make a real difference for clients. Her strategic approach, coupled with her compassionate and community-oriented nature, makes her an invaluable asset to both the AIOA team and their nonprofit clients. 

When she’s not untangling financial complexities, Kirstin’s greatest joy comes from raising her two small children, nurturing their curiosity and independence. She actively volunteers with organizations supporting children, animals, and adults in need, reflecting her belief that small actions create meaningful change. For creative expression, Kirstin enjoys painting and writing, while disc golf and hiking provide her with much-needed outdoor rejuvenation. 

Here’s a surprising fact: Kirstin is an extraordinarily quick visual learner who can typically replicate processes after seeing them just once—whether it’s accounting systems, carpentry, or even cutting hair!
