Kim Chapman’s extensive accounting career spans over 20 years, progressing from Staff Accountant to leadership roles, including VP of Finance and Accounting, Director of Finance, and now Senior Controller at All In One Accounting. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado Mesa University and holds a CPA certification (currently inactive) from the State of Colorado. Her journey has taken her through public accounting, mining operations, educational institutions, technology companies, and business advisory services, providing her with an unparalleled breadth of industry knowledge.

Kim’s distinctive strength lies in her versatility and depth of experience across multiple sectors and leadership levels. With nearly nine years in public accounting at Dalby, Wendland & Co., she developed a strong technical foundation before transitioning to diverse controller and executive finance roles. Her experience ranges from managing finances for a silver mining operation to overseeing accounting for technology firms and educational institutions. This diverse background enables Kim to understand the unique financial challenges each industry presents and craft tailored solutions that drive business success.
