Jessica Hein joins AIOA with a strong background in nonprofit accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations. She has spent the past several years supporting nonprofit organizations through financial statement preparation, month-end close activities, reconciliations, audit support, Form 990 readiness, and fund accounting. Her experience includes managing complex client portfolios, system implementations, financial cleanup projects, and providing guidance and support to fellow accounting professionals.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University and an Associate of Arts in Accounting from North Central Texas College. She is a Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional and maintains QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certifications. In addition to her nonprofit accounting expertise, Jessica has experience working with a variety of systems including QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Ramp, Gusto, ADP, Stripe, PayPal, Excel, and TaxDome.
Known for her collaborative and steady approach, Jessica enjoys helping organizations improve processes, solve accounting challenges, and gain confidence in their financial reporting. She values clear communication, strong client relationships, and supporting team success through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, learning new skills, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally. Her passion for helping mission-driven organizations succeed makes her a wonderful addition to the AIOA team.
