Elyse Bender brings her CPA expertise and extensive leadership experience to her role as VP of Operations at All in One Accounting. With a Master of Science in Accounting and over a decade of experience spanning public accounting at BKD, LLP and operational leadership roles, she specializes in financial statement audits, business combination accounting, and comprehensive financial reporting across manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofit sectors.
Elyse’s distinctive strength lies in her ability to manage complex operations while building high-performing teams. In her previous role as VP of Operations and Chief of Staff, she successfully managed departments of 32 with up to 12 direct reports, overseeing everything from client service delivery to strategic marketing initiatives that enhanced revenue growth and client retention. Her extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP, combined with her experience across diverse accounting software platforms and audit processes, makes her an invaluable asset to both the AIOA team and their clients.
When she’s not optimizing financial operations, Elyse enjoys life on her 30-acre homestead with her husband, 7-month-old son Wylder, and two golden doodles Harper and Hayes. She finds balance through outdoor adventures like camping and hiking, while tending to their garden, chickens, and ducks.
