Becky Bradl is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning manufacturing, operations finance, public accounting, and controllership leadership. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master’s in Professional Accountancy, she has built her career helping organizations strengthen financial performance through strategic analysis, process improvement, and operational partnership.
Throughout her career, Becky has held leadership roles supporting manufacturing environments, where she has guided budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, financial reporting, inventory management, and operational decision-making. She is known for her ability to translate financial data into actionable insights while working closely with plant and business leaders to support growth, efficiency, and profitability.
Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with family and friends and values building genuine connections both professionally and personally. She is energized by helping others succeed and takes pride in creating positive, productive working relationships wherever she goes.
