A Chartered Accountant with over seven years of experience across public accounting, nonprofit healthcare, and financial analysis, she has supported full-cycle accounting, donor fund tracking, budget variance analysis, and audit preparation for organizations spanning manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and mission-driven nonprofits.
Aruna’s distinctive strength lies in her ability to bring structure to complexity. Her experience managing financials across dozens of properties and programs simultaneously, paired with her natural inquisitiveness and steady, methodical approach, makes her an invaluable asset to both the AIOA team and their clients. She is especially drawn to nonprofit work, a passion inspired by her mother’s career as a social worker, and she finds genuine purpose in helping mission-driven organizations make the most of every dollar.
When she’s not balancing books, Aruna is off chasing adventure — she’s gone bungee jumping and paragliding, and she’s always planning her next trip to a new country or culture. She’s enjoying her life with her husband in Missouri.
