Aimee Sandy

Controller

With a father who is an accounting professor and a brother who followed the same path, Aimee Sandy grew up at the dinner table with debits, credits, and a deep appreciation for the power of financial clarity. Now, with 20+ years of nonprofit accounting experience, she brings that same passion to her work as a Controller at All In One Accounting. Her career has spanned social services, community action, and the arts — giving her a breadth of nonprofit expertise that allows her to meet clients exactly where they are.

Aimee is known for her ability to bring calm and clarity to organizations that need it most. She has managed accounting for dozens of nonprofit clients simultaneously, sharpening her instincts for anticipating needs before they arise and building trust across diverse leadership teams. Her approach is proactive and relational: she has a gift for translating complex financials into conversations that empower boards and executives to make confident decisions. Whether she is building a cash flow projection, navigating a federal audit, or developing the people around her, Aimee shows up with thoroughness, dependability, and genuine care for the mission behind the numbers.

When she’s not untangling balance sheets, Aimee feeds her love of travel and connection — including a recent trip to Scotland.
