Brooke Cline’s passion for construction accounting began at her father’s dining room table. At just 16 years old, she sat alongside her dad writing out paychecks for his small roofing company in Pennsylvania. Those evenings spent balancing books for a crew of five or six created what she calls her “comfort spot” in the construction industry—a foundation that would shape her entire career.
Now with over a decade of progressive accounting experience, Brooke brings deep expertise in job costing, WIP reporting, and multi-entity financial management to All In One Accounting. Her approach combines technical excellence with genuine relationship-building. She’s known for sitting down with subcontractors—often mom-and-pop operations tackling their first major project—to walk them through pay applications, lien waivers, and complex construction documents. Brooke’s superpower is making the complicated feel manageable, whether she’s presenting to executive teams or helping a trades person understand their paperwork. Her commitment to collaboration shines through in everything she does, from implementing electronic task-tracking systems to keeping detailed notes about clients’ personal milestones so she can ask meaningful follow-up questions.
When she’s not building billing systems or reconciling project financials, Brooke can be found exploring Colorado’s mountains through hiking and skiing, practicing yoga, or walking her dog. She’s an avid reader and active member of both CFMA and NAWIC, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
