Before her contract work, Tori spent five years leading early talent and campus recruiting strategy across multiple states for a national retailer, where she grew university hiring by 42% and built lasting pipeline partnerships.
Tori describes herself as a relationship-first recruiter — she takes the time to understand hiring managers and team dynamics before diving into a search, and stays in touch with the teams she’s supported long after the roles are filled. She’s known for spotting gaps in process and fixing them, and for jumping in wherever she can be useful, whether that’s her own requisitions or a colleague’s. Tori and her husband recently relocated to Minnesota, where she’s excited to put down roots and bring her recruiting expertise to a new team.
