With more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience, she brings deep expertise in nonprofit accounting, financial operations, grant management, process improvement, and organizational growth. Her background includes working with a wide variety of nonprofit organizations, leading accounting cleanups, implementing financial systems, supporting audits, and guiding organizations through periods of significant change and expansion.
As a Controller on All In One Accounting’s Client Success team, Jaymie helps clients establish strong accounting processes, improve financial visibility, and create sustainable systems for long-term success. She is known for her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex financial concepts while building trust with clients and team members alike.
Jaymie has experience with a broad range of accounting and business systems, including QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Blackbaud Financial Edge, SAP Business One, Xero, and numerous workflow and automation platforms. She enjoys identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and create efficiencies that help organizations thrive.
Outside of work, Jaymie spends much of her time caring for and rescuing animals, gardening, and working on projects around her small farm in Maine. She loves learning and often dives deeply into subjects that capture her interest, whether that is animal care, gardening, technology, or understanding how things work. She also enjoys exploring Maine, spending time outdoors, and taking on projects that provide opportunities to learn something new.
