Katie Sivek joins All In One Accounting as a Recruiter, bringing several years of full-cycle recruiting experience from the senior living and healthcare space. Most recently, Katie led centralized recruiting operations for a large senior living organization, where she managed a team of recruiters supporting dozens of communities across multiple states — overseeing everything from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, compliance, and workforce planning. Before that, she built her recruiting foundation at another senior living organization, following an HR path that started with an Associate Degree in Human Resource Management from Northwood Technical College.
Katie describes relationship-building as the part of the job she loves most — staying in touch with candidates long after they’re hired, and being a trusted partner to the hiring managers she supports. She’s drawn to organizations with a strong sense of mission, and is excited to bring her recruiting expertise to a team supporting small businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits. Outside of work, Katie is a devoted mom who values spending quality time with her family.
