Jennifer’s distinctive strength lies in her 12 years of experience in collections, where she developed and implemented policies and procedures, and interpreted complex laws. Her deep passion for helping others, coupled with her dedication to accuracy and proficiency, makes her an invaluable asset to both the AIOA team and their clients.
