Holden Surratt joins All In One Accounting as an Accountant, bringing nearly three years of full-cycle accounting experience from Ballard Surratt & Co., PA, where he honed his skills serving small and mid-sized businesses across industries including healthcare, landscaping, and manufacturing. Armed with an MS in Accounting from UNC Greensboro and a BS from Appalachian State University — both earned while working full-time — Holden holds advanced certifications in QuickBooks Online and Gusto Payroll, along with expert-level Excel credentials.
Holden’s standout strengths are his people-first approach and his drive to keep growing. He brings genuine warmth and energy to every client interaction, and his enthusiasm for technology — including active daily use of AI tools like Claude and Copilot — positions him as a forward-thinking asset for AIOA’s professional services clients. He is thrilled to trade solo work for a team environment and is especially excited about the mentorship opportunities AIOA offers.
When he’s not diving into client books, you’ll find Holden on the golf course — a passion that dates back to his very first job maintaining the fairways at a local club. He is also an active member of his local Rotary Club, where he has taken on treasury and membership leadership roles.
