Courtney Brown brings more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience across a variety of industries, including professional services, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture. Throughout her career, she has partnered with businesses to improve financial processes, strengthen reporting, and provide the insights needed to support informed decision-making.
Prior to joining AIOA, Courtney held accounting and consulting roles where she managed multi-client relationships, prepared financial statements, oversaw payroll and sales tax processes, supported system implementations, and helped business owners streamline operations. Her experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and accounting software implementations allows her to provide practical solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Known for her collaborative approach and passion for helping others succeed, Courtney enjoys building strong relationships and finding opportunities to create greater efficiency for her clients. She is energized by solving problems, learning new things, and helping business owners focus on growing their organizations with confidence.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and continuously learning both professionally and personally.
