Troy Schroeder started CLUTCH as a spin-off from the marketing agency he was co-managing. The only employees he wanted to add to the payroll had to be those who could contribute directly to gaining and growing clients. In late 2016, he hired All In One Accounting and, as CLUTCH has grown from three employees to 40, we have been with them every step of the way.
Troy Schroeder had succeeded in the agency world but saw an opportunity that was going unfulfilled. He started CLUTCH Performance to unite the creativity of the agency world with the hard-nosed business savvy of a consultancy to help clients truly maximize revenue and growth. He believed he could establish a team that would act as a true partner with businesses to help them create strategies and execution that allowed them to thrive.
CLUTCH began with just three employees. They decided not to hire anyone who couldn’t directly help them grow revenue. That meant finding trusted outside resources. They needed a partner that would understand their business, what they wanted to accomplish, and deliver the resources and expertise to help them achieve success. After one conversation with All In One Accounting, and a positive recommendation before that, Troy was convinced that we were going to be a partner they could trust.
