NewsNovember 18, 2021All In One Accounting Revs It Up for Business Journal’s 2021 Fast 50

St. Paul, Minnesota, November 18th, 2021 – Despite the turmoil the economy has faced over the last two years, All In One Accounting (AIOA), an Eagan-based outsourced accounting firm, has achieved a remarkable Fast 50 recognition of the fastest-growing private companies, reporting revenue growth last year that represents an increase of 21.62% from 2018. That growth rate lands AIOA at 49 on the List, their third recognition by the Business Journal within the last five years.

The 2020 Fast 50 List covers private and independently owned companies headquartered in a 24-county metro area achieving at least $1 million in revenue in the first of the three years reviewed (2018 to 2020). The 24-county metro area includes the Twin Cities and outer suburban counties in Minnesota, and Pierce and St. Croix counties in Wisconsin. This year’s list highlights companies who embraced the challenging economic landscape and grew their revenue, and teams, with resilience and innovation.

Heide Olson, CEO, and founder of All In One Accounting acknowledges the business decision to keep celebrating sales, team members, and client successes, despite the challenges, has been critical to the company’s growth. “We believe our team is behind our success and want to be sure each team member knows how appreciative we are for the hard work they put in every day. You could say we obsess about company culture: We talk about it, reward for alignment to it, and value it enormously.” Another decision Olson credits is decisive people moves. “We are committed to having the right people in the right seats; everyone knows the critical role they play individually and collectively, and what it means to our clients.”

Looking ahead, natural goals emerge for AIOA, including accommodating their growing team, and supporting team needs, like developing a professional education strategy for every employee that includes internal and external opportunities, and core process refresh. “We know that these initiatives will increase employee engagement, well-being and strengthen our company culture,” said Olson, “important keystones to our success.”

AIOA brings businesses financial oversight and higher returns to businesses from start-up through growth, to exit, whether business is conducted onsite or remotely. During the pandemic, AIOA’s mission partner approach enabled a seamless transition for clients to the dual strategy. The move has accelerated their national presence and growth, both from a client and team perspective; a best practice strategy that will continue to fuel their success well into the future.
