St. Paul, Minnesota, October 1, 2021 – Minnesota’s independent daily newspaper dedicated to business reporting, Finance & Commerce, has just released its 2021 Top Women in Finance program honorees, recognizing Heide Olson, founder and CEO of Eagan-based All In One Accounting in its 20th annual class. The award recognizes women who are making an impact not only in their professions but also in their communities in Minnesota and society at large. Heide works tirelessly, as a woman-owned business, to blaze a path for accounting professionals serving small businesses and nonprofits in Minnesota, the U.S. and around the world; this is Heide’s first time being honored on the list. Heide grew up in a family of entrepreneurs. She saw firsthand the possibilities and struggles entrepreneurs face starting their own companies, and it instilled in her a desire to help small businesses do big things by supplying accounting solutions. She began her own business in her basement in 2004, bringing accounting services to companies that lacked the necessary expertise. She has grown it to a business with over 60 employees and 400 active clients and has been recognized with numerous awards, including making the 2021 Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing private companies, with over 45% growth over the last three years. It is this love of small businesses and entrepreneurs which continues to fuel her passion to help businesses and nonprofits be successful and is why she joined NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) to support continual improvement to the business environment for female entrepreneurs.
