Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions including Controller and Finance Manager, overseeing financial reporting, cash flow management, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives.
Matt’s expertise includes inventory management, manufacturing cost accounting, ERP implementations, internal controls, and process improvement. He is known for his analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to partner with leadership teams to improve financial visibility and support strategic decision-making. His experience helping organizations strengthen controls, improve reporting accuracy, and optimize financial processes makes him a valuable resource for clients navigating growth and operational challenges.
