Lisa serves on the boards of Bridgewater Bank and Kipsu, and brings deep experience in operations, leadership development, and executive coaching to AIOA's board.
Susan is a Partner at Maslon LLP and a member of the firm's Board of Directors, where she co-chairs the Corporate & Securities practice. She guides business owners through mergers and acquisitions, governance, and tax strategy, blending experience across government, accounting, and law.
Recognized by Chambers USA and Minnesota Super Lawyers, Susan gives AIOA's board a trusted voice on corporate strategy and protecting what leaders build.
Adam is Chief Commercial Officer at 8020 Consulting, where he leads growth strategy and market expansion. He spent 17 years at Salo in senior roles including Chief Growth Officer, helping scale the business while keeping people at the center.
With more than 20 years building high-performing teams, Adam brings AIOA's board a sharp perspective on profitable, sustainable growth.
CJ is an Expert EOS Implementer and Kolbe Certified consultant who has guided more than 140 companies through over 2,000 sessions. With 40 years in business leadership and roles spanning sales, operations, and HR, she helps leadership teams get aligned and gain traction.
As co-author of PEOPLE: Dare to Build an Intentional Culture, CJ brings AIOA's board real depth on healthy, high-performing organizations. Since AIOA runs on EOS too, she is a natural fit.
