NewsOctober 28, 20222022 Marks All In One Accounting’s Fourth Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal Fast 50 Award in Past Five Years

St. Paul, Minnesota, October 28, 2022 – The accounting industry continues to evolve practices and processes to support their clients’ economic recovery over the past two years. Amid all the challenges, All In One Accounting (AIOA), the Eagan-based outsourced accounting firm, has achieved a remarkable fourth Fast 50 recognition in the last five years ranking #36 this year (#49 the previous year). The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s (MSPBJ) Fast 50 captures the fastest-growing privately held, for-profit companies in a 24-county metro area achieving year-over-year revenue growth, and at least $1 million in revenue in the first of the three most recent fiscal years reviewed (2019 to 2021). MSPBJ announced the winning 50 firms at an awards event October 27th and will be featuring the firms in its annual Fast 50 special publication and online at mspbj.com.

This is the seventh award the company and team have received in 2022. Notably, AIOA’s Heide Olson, CEO and founder, was recognized as the 2022 Woman Business Owner of the Year by NAWBO-MN, Becky Lewis, AIOA’s Chief Operating Officer, was recently recognized as one of the Top Women in Finance from Finance and Commerce, and AIOA received the 2022 Best Places to Work by MSPBJ; it’s seventh recognition for workplace excellence by regional publications in the last ten years. Heide acknowledges the business decision to keep celebrating sales, team member, and client successes, despite the challenges, has been critical to the company’s growth. “We obsess about company culture. We interview around it, focus on it in meetings, reward for alignment to it, and value it enormously.  We are committed to having the right people in the right seats.  Our team understands their critical role and what it means to our clients.”

Small businesses and nonprofit organizations continue to face a myriad of challenges heading into 2023. Some of these include, naturally, attracting and retaining appropriate staffing to meet customer and client needs, adapting to and tackling a changing digital landscape, and shoring up their sustainability among others. AIOA, recognizing they face the same challenges their clients face, credits EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) in large part for their ongoing business success. Says Becky Lewis, AIOA’s COO, “We established a set of core values that are the foundation of the company, keeping the team focused on exceeding expectations and connecting with clients beyond numbers and financial statements.”

AIOA provides financial oversight and higher returns to its clients offering accounting solutions that position small businesses and nonprofits for growth. Clients gain a collaborative partner, a strong, experienced team with deep industry knowledge, and clear communication every step of the way.
